MUSIC FOR KETAMINE THERAPY SESSIONS
Here is a sampling of some of the playlists we may use in your ketamine therapy sessions in our office. If you choose to bring your own music, we always recommend music without vocals or heavy beats to facilitate an open, spontaneous experience where you can be free to follow your own thoughts and feelings wherever they may take you, rather than being led along a structured path that beats or vocals can create.
"Music in psychedelic therapy provides a meaningful structure for the experience and creates a continuous carrier wave that helps patients to overcome difficult parts of the sessions and move through impasses. ”
- Stanislav Grof, 2008
